Story
The Man • The Sauce
Tomasz Tabor was a brilliant chef who contributed his talents to some of the finest dining establishments in the U.S. and Bermuda. But his upbringing in Texas meant he still loved the simple preparation technique of grilling, which let him enjoy the company of friends, the outdoors, and the pursuit of the perfect sauce.
In fact, he was working on a sauce recipe in anticipation of one day owning his own BBQ restaurant in Bermuda. Tomasz was notorious for not writing down recipes, but fortunately for his friends and family he did write down his recipe for BBQ sauce.
This site is dedicated to our memories of Tomasz, which include many of him with a towel over one shoulder and a spatula in one hand perfecting the perfect piece of meat or fish on the grill. The people who love him and want to keep his memory alive wish to share his recipe with you.
Please enjoy his creation we call "JussiQ"!"

JussiQ pairs well with lighter meats such as chicken, pork or shrimp. Marinate your favorite meat or slather it while grilling - either way, it will taste great!

The sauce will keep for a few weeks in the refrigerator.
It you made a lot of sauce, you need a bottle and label.
Luckily we have found a bottle that works well and have already started a label design to go with it.
